1)Handle is small. I have clicked picture keeping it parallel to the one I purchased offline for comparison of size. 2)The bristles are NOT soft (as advertised). Feels more like a brush for washing clothes. Hurts when rubbed on skin. 3)Does not lather up at all. Tried different soaps and body washes but couldn’t produce foam. 4)Overpriced. Should cost under ₹150.
