Iyarkkayin Pokkisham/Aalayam Selveer’s Pancha Kalpam (Pancha Karpam) Herbal Bath Powder – Mooligai Kuliyal Podi – 200 g,

• First mix 2 to 3 teaspoons of Pancha Karpam herbal bath powder in 200 to 250 ml of unboiled milk.
• First mix 2 to 3 teaspoons of Pancha Karpam herbal bath powder in 200 to 250 ml of unboiled milk.
• After mixing the powder well in the milk, boil it in slow flame only(do not boil it on high flame).
• Keep on stirring with a spoon, till you see a mild steam, switch off the stove as you see the steam.
• Allow the paste to cool off, then rub the paste from head to toe all over the body (except eyes) and leave it to dry for 20 – 30 minutes, once the paste ddries and becomes harder, take bath is warm water.
• Extra care should be taken to cover the eyes when pouring water on the head, as white pepper can cause eye irritation. Do not use soap or shampoo while using this Pancha Karpam. Herbal Shikakai can be used.
