 Very bad don’t buy it.. not expected this from giva.. it’s not even silver. It turned black in only 2 months and now it’s looking so dirty and old. I took proper care of it keeping it away from moisture and water still after so much care the results are infront of you. The area around small stones also turned dark as if it has some dirty black thing inside it. The stone is shining perfectly but the entire ring has turned in shades of black and bronze. Dear Giva, you are a trusted company, kindly look into this issue and help to replace it.

Forced to give one star!!!

The original product we bought had a stone fall off within a week. We initiate a warranty claim. The replacement process takes around 15 days and we receive the new product.
Surprise Surprise, one of the stones falls off on the second day itself. The replacement process starts again. The material gets picked up and still is in transit after 14 days (I do not know which mode of transport takes these many days to transfer material within India).

No support from GIVA team whatsoever.
If you cannot make good products, at least do not keep you warranty clause.

Anyone from GIVA team, please do not try to write this off as I fake review. I have all records of emails, whatsapp chats and images of the product as well.

 I was gifted this product and when I opened it, one stone was missing and another one was fallen off while the ring looked a little black.
Unsure of the quality unlike other silver products but the design looks beautiful
