Dear Zouk family,
I am writing this email to express dissatisfaction of the first ever purchase done through the brand. I picked up a handbag under the offer price at 1699 through Amazon and received it on 14th November (ZOUK BWhite Arrow Handmade Vegan) .However not even 25 days of use and the material has turned faded with roll balls on the fabric as though used for over a year.
I seriously doubt now if the items put on sale are the old ones for stock clearance like done by the local brands.

Overall the look and feel of the bag is good. Durability will be tested over the time. However as a few useres pointed out there is no zipped enclousure within the bag. Also it is a little small 15+ inch laptops and is a tight fit. Removing the laptop is easy however putting it back takes a bit more time and effort.
