The shampoo increased my hair fall and when I called customer care they did not pick up so I wrote an email, but still no reply.

This product is not SLS-free as claimed everywhere in listed product. Not expected this from amazon, the product should be verified for false claims or atleast take action after the customer mentions.

This product contains no parabean and SLS(s). I have been recently researching on all those shampoos and conditioners that don’t contain the very said chemicals. There are only few homegrown brands that make chemical free shampoos and Khadi naturals is one of them.
I have used the product for a few months now and I can assure you that it is one of the better alternatives if you want to go for chemical free hair cleanser at a much lesser price.
Note: SLS are not harmful for everyone. Some hair type needs SLS for thorough cleansing of scalp. So you better check out for your scalp and choose which shampoo you should go for.
