It is very happy for me to share about this excellent product. This is very proteinicious. I love the product. Purchased just 6 days ago. I feel very uncomfortable with the price, I consider it to be less than 30$ because it is about 1450/- Rs in India, but in US it is too much nearly 3 .5 times the price.

After trying soo many types of diet plans.. One of my frnd was lately losing weight and her face started glowing. I asked her what is she doing to lose weight and she said she is using this product. So thought of giving it a try. I never used any kind of protein powder before bcz of myths about protein powder that women will gain lot of muscle like men, kidneys will get damaged bcz of protein consumption, all a lot of myths… People who created these myths must be an idiot. Every body has to consume protein in their daily life. It’s is everyday necessary for good muscle functioning and it also helps in healing muscles. A balanced diet includes macro nutrients like protein, fats, carbohydrates,fibre and all other vitamins& minerals.
About this product : It is reasonable, easy to prepare and has good amount of protein in it.
What I didn’t like in oziva herbs and proteins : its taste is not that great. Just average. I tried adding fruits and oats in my protein shake with this powder which failed very badly where other brand whey protein is easy and tasty.
Digests very slow. Other isolate whey proteins digests very easily.
Easy to prepare. Just pour 150- 200ml low fat milk in the mixer grinder and add one full scoop of this protein powder. Grind it.
No lumps, easy and quick. It tastes good too if prepared with cold milk😁
I tried preparing it with flavoured soya milk which turned too..sweet.. Try to go with almond milk or unflavored soya milk or home made soya milk.
After lot of research I found that all protein powders are the same. Isolate whey protein digests fast. Just buy any brand’s whey protein in ur budget. ON, muscle blaze, my protein, AsItIs, all are the same. See even though u include supplements in ur diet, make sure you have a balanced diet. Weightloss is only possible when u eat less and workout more. Try to include other Protein rich food like pulses, oats,chicken, etc.
In India it’s very difficult to get authentic and genuine products. So try to buy in brand websites.
WARNING::::: Never read the bad reviews under any product and decide. U will end up not buying anything. (Happened with me bcz after reading the bad reviews under this product I cancelled my order 🤦🥴 ) It’s okay that I ordered it again.

Been using for almost two months now. I am on my second container. What i have noticed is I am getting my periods on time from last two months. Earlier I used to struggle to get it on time. So in a way it has helped my hormones balanced. Will update if noticed more changes.
The taste might not be great for those who have sweet tooth. Only sugar watchers will like it.

Product is tasteless and quantity of the product is also very less according to the price. Protein ingredients are good as It’s helpful for our body to function properly. They should also give a sipper with the protein in this much of price range .

This is my 3rd time I ordered oziva protein but this time the protein power tasted sweet as if sugar is added.
