Ensure is good for people needing supplements to add carbs / protein / fat to one’s body. Generally doctors will recommend it. Fantastic product and very easy to digest. Not recommended for body builders or gym goers (prefer whey protein with higher protein content).
One of the disgusting product. I requesting all please don’t use this product. After using this serum my hair falling more & more.. So don’t waste your money on it. –

Taste awful. Please maintain proper storage while importanting from India at MRP Rs 220 (less than 4 dollars) and charging 30+ dollars here in Amazon. Respect the fact that buyers are paying premium for this.
