This was my worst shopping experience in Amazon. The product was not at all as displayed on the site. The site had a beautiful black, zip-through hooded jacket that I ordered for my sister. What she received was this ugly disaster of a thing – no zipper, just a plain black hoodie. Even the hoodie she received was not of good quality; it had patches of pale off-black color over it, the stitching was questionable and the inside of the hoodie was so rough, its texture was worse than an old cleaning rag. So appalled! Truly disgusted by the product and disappointed by Amazon.
