Terrible. When increasing the number of needles per unit area, you must also use thinner and sharper needles. They haven’t. It hardly punctures the skin. Moreover, the needles don’t come out absolutely straight. They can pivot about the Shaft while moving the device across your face. 0/10 would not recommend. Stick to the 12 needle cartridges or expect to pay more for decent qualify. You get what you pay for.
