I bought this sandal in march 23′. Under one month the sole is about to come apart. Since they have given 90days warranty i want this product to be replaced or refund the amount since they cost 800 something for the same. Please i have personally sent messages regarding this but no action. Please take some steps on this issue and i love these pairs.

Elastic and strap loosen within few months.. I don’t even use it daily, just 1-2 days a week.. This can not be genuine Bata product.
