Purchased this watch from its offline shop. Not got very good experience. Got it in Rs. 11800 when there were some discount offers for the particular duration. Used the watch for 3-4 days and found that it stopped working. Done the required things to make it work, such as shaking the watch as it is an automatic watch and and rotated its crown to wind up the mechanical spring. Somehow, it started working after some time.
Then after 2-3 days, I noticed that its rotar stopped rotating and also saw some mechanical parts got loosen. Frustrated to see all these things from a reputed brand. Went to its shop and shopkeeper said this must a defective piece and should be sent to its service center. I had no option but to leave the watch for servicing within 2 weeks of purchase and also there was no use of arguments with the shopkeeper.
Shopkeeper says it will take minimum a week and in some cases it also takes more than a month to get it serviced. Lets see what happens next. This was my first purchase of a mechanical/automatic watch. So sad!

It is to dream to have a automatic watch i.e.TItan. Lucky I got it for Rs 9350/-. I am very happy with watch and it’s performance

Titan as a company is for cheap watches. They can repair minor cosmetic defects but they don’t have service centres to repair automatic watches or work on watch movement.
Worse after the 7 day return period, they will not answer calls and refuse to repair or take the watch back. The two year warranty is an eye wash. Any repairs they do will spoil in a couple of weeks as their technicians are not trained.
Buy 1-2k watch from Titan but not an automatic watch.
