The hair dryer works well . I probably expected too much from it . The diffuser is the USP
The cool shot is a not a great feature. Need to keep holding it
In the main switch .. Instead of giving 0 1 2 levels where heat starts at 1 they could have given 0 1 2 3 where 1 was just cold air And they could have done away with cool shot coolly !!

Everything is fine except the design angle of the handle and placement of cool shot button. With handle inclined design it is difficult to hold the cool shot button for some time. It is more difficult for ladies.
