Given the reviews & what I’ve heard of the brand I had high expectations & it doesn’t delivers the same quality it sure looks like it generates enough heat but doesn’t straightens the hair also it heats the outer part of where the ceramic plates are located so you need to be careful while holding in my opinion I’ve tried better straightenrs at this price point Also the brand is delusional to think nobody is going to return the product considering the packaging they have provided, once opened its very difficult to put it back without ripping the packaging
