Very rarely do I rate a product 5* but this one deserves it. I’m overall plump but more heavy on my lower abdomen that almost falls and sags and hated buying clothes to hide the belly but would be big on my shoulders and loose on my chest. Do buy true to your size or 1 size bigger bcoz it’s really tight, super flexible but bcoz it contracts ur muscles, it can really hurt. I’m size xl overall but bought a XXL and ni regrets. Picked up another one last week. To all the brands I’ve had overall the years from M&S, H&M, maidenform… these onees are superb and have not even en started to tear. If they last you even 6 nths, it’s worth it
