Hair texture has improved in density, strength, hair thickness. A bit difficult to swallow but got used to it. Overall a worth product. Happy with the purchase

The most effective and easy way to take them is to open the capsule and pour the powder in 250ml of cold water and gulping it down in one go, Best time to take them is during morning and empty stomach.
It is said that you need to take these supplements for atleast 2 to 3 months straight to see their results, infact not every supplements is supposed to work immediately and the body needs some time to adjust to it.
NO side effects noticeable till now. And it’s not supposed to have any taste of taken directly as a capsule but if you try my method then you’ll get a slight chemically, lemony taste.
