I am a regular gym goer, and several times need calcium and magnesium supplements for muscle recovery especially from cramps. This has 120 tablets and I calculated price per tablet, it came out to be cheaper than other brands. This will last 4 months easily, I feel less fatigued after a work out and less pain associated after strength training. I loved it more as I have vit d and B12 deficiency and thus supplement helps me fulfill my daily RDA for those. People with Zinc deficiency will be benefitted as well, like I feel my hair looks lustrous with Zinc. It’s a must have People involved in active lifestyle and also elderly people for bone density.
