All the capsules are clumped together and it is not possible to separate them manually by pulling them apart. Individually, they are hard, sticky, discoloured and completely deformed. They might lead to abnormal health effects. I have been using GNC Triple Strength Fish oil for quite sometime from authorised retail shops but this is the first time I ordered it over Amazon. My advice for all is better to buy this product from GNC outlets rather than Amazon or other e-retail platforms. It is recommended that Amazon should take remedial steps.
