I am writing this review after consuming 3 packs of Oziva Hair Vitamins. Initially, I found it to be very good, in terms of hair quality improving, hair fall reduced a little. Everything seemed fine, and I was happy I found a good product for hair fall I faced after COVID!
However, the actual part started a few weeks later. I started experiencing extreme acidity / acid reflux. Earlier it was once in 2-3 days, but later i was experiencing it daily. I couldn’t figure out what was wrong with me. I couldn’t connect it to this product. I thought I was eating wrong, or something was wrong with me. I stopped all spicy food, even regular normal masala food, took curd, was advised Pantocid before meals, bananas, etc. I started taking Eno salt, Digene on a regular basis!
Suddenly it struck me that I should reduce the intake of this product (I was taking 2 tablets daily). I reduced it to 1. Felt slightly better. There was a reduction in acidity.
⚠️In the meantime I also checked reviews here. And to my surprise or no surprise, a lot of people reported side effects of this product. Harmful side effects that included Acidity, acid reflux, nausea, vomiting, acne, other gastrointestinal issues, bloating, hormonal changes, breast pain, headaches, stomach ache, etc etc…!! I was alarmed and knew that I had to immediately discontinue this product! ⚠️
It took me at least 10-15 days to flush out the product and start feeling NORMAL again! ✅
I’d like to tell you all that I’m absolutely fine. No acidity, no nausea, no stomach pain! I literally threw this product…
⚠️⚠️THIS PRODUCT CAN HAVE SERIOUS DISTURBING SIDE EFFECTS THAT MAY LAST LONG. EVEN THOUGH YOUR HAIR QUALITY MIGHT IMPROVE, HAIRFALL MAY REDUCE, BUT SIDE EFFECTS WILL RUIN YOUR HEALTH. ⚠️⚠️
Please take only if you have no side effects. ❌
