It won’t replace the benefit you get from food, But it definitely can provide the best supplement nutrition along with food. The pack contains violet color tablets and my bottle is set to expire in 2020. So all good so far.
I highly recommend this product if you are not a work-out junkie, but do regular exercise. I find it slightly difficult to digest and did make my stomach upset the first time, However, I took it in empty stomach. Once I consumed the pill with food, there were no such problems. So I suggest consuming the tablet with food preferably during dinner time. Please don’t let the children take it without consulting a doctor.
The bottle consists of almost all the minerals and vitamins your body needed. The product is good and it is recommended.

This is such a multivitamin tablet that there is no problem in eating. You can live with the help of a doctor or even by yourself once a day. I really liked it.Because I am using it from last 10 days and I can tell that I had some deficiency which it is slowly removing. I used to get tired earlier but now my stamina is building.If you want to take it, you can take it, it is worth the money.It dissolves easily which is great to swallow,You will get it with a great flavor that you will love

I have tried this supplement before & overall I have liked it a lot. To see or feel the benefits – one needs to consume it over a period of 2-3 weeks atleast. Supplement is one-a-day & it does not matter whether you take the tablet empty stomach or after a meal – but its recommended to have it in the morning.
The daily supplement will fill in the gaps for nutrient needs for vitamins, essential minerals, calcium etc. Immunity has improved for me over time & usually I contract a common cold when the weather changes but I am happy to say that I am going strong till now as the winter sets in. Since I am not taking any other supplement – I can attribute the improved immunity to Cenvitan.
I have also suggested it to my brother who is 2 yrs younger. He just started taking it since week & he has also reported improvements in overall health.
Just remember to drink adequate water & do some form of physical exercise – be it walking, jogging etc. It all helps in the absorption of the vitamins & minerals into the body.
While each tablet has a good balance of Calcium, Iron, Phosphorous, Magnesium, Iodine, Zinc, Selenium, Copper, Manganese, Lycopene along with other vitamins – it is important to note that this supplement is meant to provide the essential daily need. If you are short on calium or iron – you may need to compliment it with a specific suppelement over and above this one.
With age – BMI or metabolic rate declines. Daily supplements such as Cenvitan help in keeping BMI up while boosting immunity. For the price – this is a great daily supplement for men.

The multivitamin is very good at the price that I bought. I got it around Rs 280 with lightening deal. I am purchasing all my multivitamin from Amazon from the same company. I switch between this product and it’s other product, Cenvitan A to Z. My reason for using this is that it has many multivitamins in sufficient quanity and less quantity of Iron. I do not want to mix too much Iron with other minerals as it is not good for the digestion. The other reason for buying this is that it does not contain herbs like Ginseng, Gingko Biloba etc. These herbs interfere with the blood pressure and they give a temporary feeling of strength. I do not want such temporary strength as I may become addicted to such herbs. Considering all the above reasons and the price per tablet, I think this was the best choice for me on Amazon.
