This is a really nice supplement that takes care of all vitamins and minerals essential for daily consumption. It has 100% RDA for most of the vitamins & minerals. Besides, the probiotic spores in it have a beneficial effect of gut as well. Overall the supplements have helped me get better skin and nails, if not hair in over 3 months.
