I frequently bought this from The Face shop store and loved it! Now I live further away from the store and orderd this product from Amazon, but I’m highly disappointed! It has been watered down- as you can see in the picture. Ive purchased this 5x from The face shop and it’s never looked like this. I will be returning this product because I’m not putting it no where near my face….no telling what else is wrong with it.

I had high hopes for The Face Shop White Seed Brightening Toner with 2% Niacinamide as I’ve heard rave reviews about the wonders of niacinamide for acne-prone skin. However, my experience with this product has been nothing short of disappointing.
Let’s start with the promised “brightening” effect. After using this toner diligently for weeks, I can confidently say that there’s been no noticeable improvement in my skin tone or any brightening effect whatsoever. It feels like I’ve been wasting my time and money on a product that fails to deliver on its primary claim.
As for its acne-fighting abilities, this toner is a complete letdown. Instead of reducing my acne, it seemed to exacerbate the problem. Not only did my breakouts persist, but I also noticed new pimples appearing more frequently. The last thing someone with acne-prone skin wants is a toner that worsens the issue.

I am really not happy when i received this package. It look duty and someone opened it already like the picture i took. I think it is not the new one, it used. The toner one is not full. When i open the package i see 2 items exactly like the picture i took. Please give me a new one, I don’t think this is a good items for me to use on my face.
