Just one tablet gave me rashes. Don’t buy unless recommended by Doctor. Anyways doctor won’t recommend

My body responds particularly well to Milk Thistle. Ive been using it since last year (not everyday).
This is the 2nd brand I’m trying. I felt the good effects within 2 hours.
Energy was up. Mood and focus improved. Moped the house at night 😁 and didn’t feel any tiredness after that.
As usual with milk thistle, my libido has also improved (I don’t know the mechanism behind this, but Milk Thistle usually has this effect on me).
I feel like this brand has a stronger effect than the previous one.
I will update the review after a few weeks.

I bought this herbal solution with a pinch of doubt. Before purchasing I have read all available literature on this. I have mild fatty liver and I undergone gallbladder surgery. So I have heavy distension in stomach with small meals.. and heavy bloating.. forget so many dishes due this . After a week consumption of these capsules I feel better and bloating reduced to some extent. Also abdominal distension got relief. It is better to use herbal solution than allopathic solution for gas.

I’ve used this medicine for over a month now and, I would tell you the pro and cons of this product in detail.
Pro:
1. This product has reduced my lichenoid eruption to a minimum. I didn’t have as many bumps as I would usually get during the harsh winter season.
2. It has improved my immune system. I had far fewer cases of common cold this season.
3. It is very strong medicine and, contains a very high dosage of milk thistle and works almost immediately.
Cons:
1. Since it is a very strong medicine I’m unable to take it twice in a day. My doctor prescribed me this medicine according to my feces production. Since I’ve a blood impurity problem my digestive working system isn’t the best. Therefore, after testing this medicine for a few days, I take it every once in two days.
Apart from this con I’ve no other complaints regarding this medicine. It’s a wonderful medicine that has shown more positive than negative. However, I would suggest taking this medicine only to those cases who have serious problems regarding their immune system, constipation, etc. The person who has problems like bloating of stomach etc will notice more negative than positive because it’s a very powerful medicine that contains a high dosage of milk thistle that in itself has some side effects that you should study upon.
