Berberin with milk thistle is really good for your sugar control. I have been taking this since last 2 months and found this really effective.

After just 5 weeks of use (2 capsules with breakfast) my fasting sugar fell to 90 mg/dl from 158mg/dl. I have weaned myself off one tablet I use to have for diabetes control. However, the next two bottles of the product were not as effective and I had to restart my diabetes tablets. I recommended the product to many of my friends and they are reported good results but nothing dramatic.
However, just 8 days of use of berberis relieved me of a chronic sciatica like problem which was hindering my daily activities and affecting my sleep too. Nothing short of a miracle. I presume it is because of the anti-inflammatory properties of the product.
I learnt of berberis from an integrative medicine practioner in a distant land and looked for it on Amazon.
The effect on cholesterol will be known after I undergo a blood test. For now, I have stopped the statins I used to take.
